Our practice is located in a small southern Vermont town known as being a very desirable place to live close to skiing and all kinds of outdoor recreation.

The office is in a newly renovated stand alone building with all new equipment.
We have all the latest technology to include CEREC, CBCT, 3D printers, CO2/Nd:
YAG lasers, implants, and robotic surgical guidance for implant placement.
Almost no procedures are referred out.
We provide OS, implants, aligner therapy, sleep apnea devices, molar endo, periodontal surgery, and we have two therapy dogs for patient comfort! The office is 50/50 self pay/insurance, no Medicaid.
Approximately 4000 active patients seen in 6 operatories (expansion is a possibility) by 1 owner dentist and a part-time associate (2 days a week), as well as 4 ft/pt hygienists.
We average 40-50 new patients per month.
Gross revenue per year is excellent and will be even better with a ft associate.
Owner has been practicing for 30 years, has his systems down, and is willing to train a new grad (think GPR but with better pay and nicer instruction).
You would be a highly motivated doctor who wants to learn and who wants to be productive.
You would NOT be expected to do all the scut work while the owner gets all the profitable procedures.
The right candidate will be able to earn enough to pay down student loans AND live a comfortable lifestyle.
Guaranteed minimum daily pay plus percentage of collections.
Collection percentage will increase as candidate shows increasing production.
