Welcome all bank visitors with a warm and friendly smile Listen to customers and understand their needs Educate customers on products and services available to them Accurately and efficiently process teller transactions Support operational needs such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfer, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and compliance-related tasks Support a diverse environment that supports the M&T Bank brand Complete other related duties as assigned Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Minimum of 6 months customer service experience, including either cash handling or data entry experience Education and Experience Preferred:
