7K a year This position is responsible for a variety of indoor and outdoor tasks in our maintenance department.
Tasks include cleaning, mowing, trimming, painting, driving, snow removal, trips to the airport, as well as other occasional errands and duties to be assigned on a daily basis.
Additionally, position requires that an individual be able to perform general construction duties that include framing, plumbing, drywall repair, ceiling installation, etc.
Must be able to work independently on projects as required.
Safety-related duties are included, such as ensuring fire extinguishers are routinely checked, eye wash stations are operating, emergency lights are functional and that A/C filters are changed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license and clean driving record to operate company vehicles; neat appearance to greet customers and visitors; ability to operate power equipment; ability to lift up to 80 pounds and to climb ladders.
Must be able to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
