LPN - Mountain Valley Health Center (FT/72)
The LPN will:
Demonstrate the ability to maintain patient flow in the office.
Demonstrate the ability to respond to requests for information in an appropriate way.
Under direct supervision and direction of the practitioner, demonstrate the ability to perform procedures in the office setting.
Apply critical thinking skills and consider alternatives in the delivery of patient care.
Develop and maintain human relationships and integrate the influence of the human experience of health, illness and /or healing.
Apply leadership skills appropriately.
Incorporate teaching in the delivery of care and demonstrate competence in health promotion.
Manage self and resources effectively.
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing Vermont Nursing License (required) 1 year experience (preferred) Flexible, outgoing and comfortable floating within the North Star Health Clinics as needed for critical staffing needs.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 virus and provide required vaccination documentation unless approved for an exemption prior to starting employment.
